Rate Schedule for the Dana Lee and Howie Acoustic Duo
The following rates are a base to start negotiations.

Rates subject to change without notice.

Basic Private Party (Birthdays, Anniversary, Graduations, etc)
$200.00 for the first hour and then $100.00 for every hour after that.

• A one hour performance would be $200.00
• A two hour performance would be $300.00
• A three hour performance would be $400.00
• (most private parties are 2 to 3 hours)

What you get! Basic Party rate includes:

• Shaker toys to play with (tambourine, maracas, etc)
• Music sets that usually last 45 to 60 minutes with 15 to 20 minute breaks.
• An extra microphone or two for guests can be made available for those who wish to sing (at your discretion)

Requirements

• 110w 15amp outlet for electric
• 5x8 area where we would sit, and then the speakers go where ever they fit
• If the party is outside, then a tent or cover is needed in case of inclement weather.
• A plan B if the weather is really bad.

Weddings and Corporate parties
$300.00 for the first hour and then $100.00 for every hour after that.

• A one hour performance would be $300.00
• A two hour performance would be $400.00

Q. Why are weddings and corporate parties more expensive?
A. Weddings and corporate parties are more expensive because they may:

• require the band to setup several hours ahead of actual playing time there by taking up more time
• require proper dress such as tuxedos which need special care
• require a larger PA system for bigger venues
• require the band to learn special songs

What you get!

• Weddings can be complicated. You may only want us for cocktails, or the reception, or maybe just for the wedding itself.
• Everything available for the Basic Party is available for weddings and corporate parties as well.

Concerts
90 minute concert is $500.00
Requires contract with rain clause and non-refundable deposit.

Q. Why the higher price for concerts?
A. Concerts are more expensive because they:

• are usually outside and require a larger PA system.
• may be canceled due to inclement weather.

*Other Fees that may apply:
Travel fee - if the venue is more than a 40 minute drive
Insurance fee - if the venue or party requires the band to list them on a liability insurance policy.
Cover for outside performance – if we need to provide our own tent.

Concerns:
Does the venue require the band to have liability insurance and name them on the policy?
If the event will be serving food, The band needs to know if they may enjoy the meal.
If the event is serving Alcohol, the band needs to know if they may enjoy a drink.
Do you require a wireless Microphone for announcements, toasts, etc..?
Do you require music between band sets?
